Greetings all..while I am new to this forum, I have spent quite awhile getting to know you anonymously by reading your posts and great suggestions. There are a great bunch of knowledgeable afficienados here, and I am glad to have found you.

So..I recently scored big time with the aquisition of a late 70's, 6 pc. set of TAMA Superstars in mint condition (really, hardly a scratch, no hardware pitting or blemishes) in the Super Mahogany finish. They were being stored in the original factory boxes! (I will post a shot of them when I finish cleaning them up). They came complete with the TAMA Titan hardware, and a mint condition Kingbeat Snare with the KG strainer. This snare has one..yes only one, minor problem. On the strainer linkage opposite the throw-off handle ( @ 180 deg., or on the other side of the snare) there is a chrome, pan-head, shouldered machine screw in the linkage that has been replaced by a similar un-shouldered machine screw with a tiny lock washer.

Does anyone know where I can obtain one of the original chrome screws or a really good repro? I'm a bit new to the restoration game, and my contact list is limited, so I would really appreciate some help!
