Need help: Rogers Set Last viewed: 12 hours ago

I was looking at a Rogers set the other day. It had two 12" toms, a 16" floor tom and a 22" bass drum (all in pretty good condition). It was a natural wood stain. Apparently the wrap was taken off. The model number said 11515. The model name was blackened out with a sharpie and above it "Holiday" was typed out. Was this common? What year are these drums from? The person wanted $1,600. Is this reasonable?

About 50-60% overpriced. Stripped wrap means major Vintage value gone.

If you want a Rogers kit and have $1600 to spend, that is the wrong kit. I would go for a nice no excuses Clev era kit, and you will probably spend less.

Exactly! Makes me wonder if this is just a spam posting. The OP was yesterday evening and he hasn't yet responded. We'll see if it's legitimate or not.
