I have an All Points Bulletin out on the matching Gold Onyx/Agate tom for this US Mercury 3 ply kit. It has the pointy Sonor copy lugs, which at this point, are not a deal breaker.

I would gladly accept this wrap with different lugs, as I've seen snares with Slingy copy lugs...

And as I've been telling my wife for years, size doesn't matter...and it doesn't have to be 3 ply...
