I found this in a pawn shop. The wrap has pulled away at the seam but no ripping. There's a little rust on the top rim. It comes with what I believe to be the original leg rest. 15" drum. Has wire snares - not sure this is original. Just an idea of what it might be worth. thanks for the help!

To be honest, Ludwig marching drums in MINT condition are even not worth a whole lot. Ones that need work like this.....$50.00 tops.
