Yes,if it were late 70's, early 80's,B/O badge,and late 60's/70's hardware.

That kit has Modular hardware,Chicago large keystone badge,so 82-85,not 70's.

I'm also pretty certain,Ludwig didn't make any double headec power toms till the early 80's.

Ludwig made double headed power toms in the 70's. All of mine are from '79.
