Needed: Ludwig stainless steel shells Last viewed: 6 hours ago

I am looking for 9X13 and 16X16 Ludwig Stainless steel shells. Concert toms are first choice. The 16 would be better if it was only 14" deep.

They need not be all that nice, but not completely dogged either.

PM me

Hey Jinxy!

Purdie here! Jinx, (Jerry) I have a stainless kit up for sale currently. It's a 1976 in primo condition. Maybe not what you're looking for. It's a Big Beat so all the drums have reso's. 12. 13. 16, 22.

Tell you what... Mark (VM2000) is interested in the bass drum. He asked me if I was going to split up the kit. PM me and tell me what your budget is for the two drums. (Make me an offer.) If I can sell you the toms from the kit, Mark will buy the bass drum. Let me know.

I was just talking about you in a Blaemire thread they have going here. I said some nice things about you behind your back. Don't let it go to your head! LOL

Regards,

John

Hey John,

This thread is a little old, Jerry has completed his stainless kit. BTW, I sure would love to buy that kit of yours, but my wife would kill me. Jerry doesn't come here very often, but I'll tell him he's being talked about.;)

Make me an offer. I just need them sold and to have them go to a good home. I'm open to any 'reasonable' offer and willing to work with you. You won't find another 35 year-old steel kit in as clean a condition as this one is in. Spent many, many years in lined hard cases. Yes Sir
