Hey Vin, I researched a bit. Cannot find anything about Slingerland offering a "Tartan" wrap. Only Rogers with their "Scottie Plaid".

Vinny - REWRAP! Every one of those grommets is rough in the back. Look carefully at the back of the grommets...

I was looking at these the other day and agree that it looked like a re-wrap. Fun wrap though!
All the badges are damaged.
