Never saw a Slingerland kit with this wrap but one of our members posted a similar one from a Rogers snare

Hey Vin, I researched a bit. Cannot find anything about Slingerland offering a "Tartan" wrap. Only Rogers with their "Scottie Plaid".

Hey Vin, I think I see some Badge deformities.

I think someone carefully removed the badges but did not crimp them on the inner shell.

I believe it is....."A Re-wrap".

Perhaps these were used by the Bay City Rollers.

But no, Most pics of their drums show "no plaid".
