They are assembled at the Monroe NC. plant, but the metal Is not made there,. they don't have a metal foundry there, the parts are made in good ole china, I don't know where the shells come from.

the only metal parts ludwig actually does anything with are the aluminum rims or bands for the drum head's, the head machine actually does bend them into shape, wonder where the aluminum bands come from? they do really make their Drum heads.
