My wife's nephew just passed away and left us with a drum set that we have no intentions of using. We would like to sell the set, but have no idea as to what it may be worth. The drums are Slingerland and the cymbals are Mapex. I will try to attach a picture. The base drum has two pedals (single & double-hit)

Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi, first off I'm very sorry for your loss. Your Slingerland kit has two Mapex snare drum's, the cymbals are Zildjian's, the cymbals are A zildjian's professional quality. the A is the designation of which line it is from. the bass drum looks to have after market retractable spurs on it. you have a good bit of money you can make off this kit., The drum rack, you have cases, the cymbals are the most valuable to what you have,. then the snare drums, then the slingerland drum kit then. the rack and cases and stands. you should easily profit $1000.00+. this is such a large amount of drum gear selling it on say craigslist locally. you will probably have to breakup the kit, It is frowned on here, but as this is not your kit or that you play the instrument that maybe your best bet is to sale the pieces separately, I'm just giving you suggestions, you can place a sale ad here on the forum.

Your drummers not much good is he!? What you need is someone that's as good as me. ! John Henry Bonham !!
