STILL NO GO, NOW WHAT HAPPENES IS WHEN I CLICK "BROWSE" TO BRING UP MY PICTURES, IT DOESN'T RESPOND AT ALL ITS LIKE A DEAD BUTTON

Okay... it attached immediately with no problem. Perhaps it "might" be on your end? Try and attach a pic that you KNOW is the proper size/parameters, and see if it will go.
