i would say anywhere from $800-1200

just depends on what you want to get out of them and what someone else wants to pay.

in the Collectors market they are not "as valuable" because they are Reproduction.

hope this helps

I would think those ought to be worth more in the $1400.00 personally. They are essentially BRAND new Ludwigs. I'll bet a brand new set of Ludwig vistas in those sizes would be over $2000.00. The red vistas like that with the red and green badge were also a limited run so they will prob be somewhat collectable. I have also heard that the new vista shells Ludwig uses are better made than the old ones were. Did you buy them brand new? I bet they were not cheap. I would just hate to see you get ripped off since new Ludwig drums cost a good chunk of change. Good luck!

I was thinking $1200. $1500 if it had a matching snare.

From what I've read, they only made 20 of the limited snares (5 5" red, 5 5" green, 5 6.5" red, and 5 6.5" green). There is one on eBay right now - a 5" green. I've never seen a red one for sale and I've been checking for we'll over a year.

And the 2k price tag new is very accurate! Lol.

The new shells are supposed to be more stable than the older ones. I'm totally not an expert by any means. But I did a lot of research before I bought a new kit and I've heard that from more than one Ludwig dealer (but I'm sure they also wanted my money - ha).
