I went to look at a set of 65 Slingys today and was totally bummed out when I picked up the 1st drum. Extra holes, tom mounts changed, bass was drilled and MIJ spurs installed, total bummer untill I saw this.

It looks like a nice Supra phonic! 1st one that I have picked up. I checked it with a magnet and it does not stick to the shell. Should this shell have the Ludwig name on it some where? Here is a pic of the badge. Thanks, Tommy. From the info I have looked at it, looks like this might be a 70/71 model , serial#152xxxx and it is missing the muffler assembly. Are the muffler assemblys on the 70`s supras all the same? I would like to install the correct one. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks again, Tommy

Nice 70's B/O Supra. Everything seems legit to my eye. The badge and the throwoff housing are the only places where "Ludwig would be found. Sometimes there was a sticker on the inside of the shell that was marked "Reliable" from the company that did Ludwig's chrome work.
