Break out the soldering gun and some good solder.

Use at least a 100 watt gun.

Make sure it's really hot before you start.

You should be able to just touch it really quickly on and off and it should stick. :cool:

Question / is the dampener for the 70/71 snare's round @2" diameter

or rectangular like my older supra's..?

Found one locally for $15 with all the tension bolts/screws etc..
