Aargh having problems getting photo onto my computer. Anyway when i can you'll see its similar, but where yours has the little stubs sticking up, mine has screw threads. There are 2 phillips head screws that then secure the plate. Ok I guess I have to get drilling.

Wheats the the middle hole for? That looks just the same as mine.
