UPDATE:

[Just received this email from the seller:

My father bought them in 1959 in raleigh nc. He played them up to last year And had them in the living room once he quit playing clubs. They are standard 13 16 22 and the cymbals were high hats and three crash rides a zildjians. He never polished the gold and the patina is 50 years old. They are the 3 ply with the paint on the inside od the green liners. He never modified them even to the point the pratt band is still in the bass

From seller earlier today:

13 16 22. Gold was never polished and has patina on all the stands etc. ill send more info when off work
