My vibes pedal was recently damaged, and I was a bit surprised to discover the pedal is made of pot medal (suprise!) With very very limited options in the repair arena, I'm trying to locate a source for a genuine M-55 replacement pedal.

I've had this baby since it was new in 1979 and this is the first damage it's sustained (unless you count being played so badly they stink up the place ). :o

I'm taking it to my machinist buddy tomorrow for a consultation, but from working with broken pot metal lugs, I know the diagnosis could be terminal (short of a muggyweld miracle).

Anybody know of one possibly available for sale? Or a lead of any kind?
