8 x 24, 8 x 12, 12 x 14 and the snare is an old mahogany WFL 5 x 14..

Real goat skin.....I picked them up at the Jembe guru near me and i decided to try goat on both sides instead of calf because it is thicker.....It sounds phenomenal but keep in mind that the bassdrum is a 24". Also i spray glued 2 foam rings on each head and.....Done!!!

Keep fixing them up...
