You looking as an investment, or player? Assuming both drums are local/accessible, which one sounds better? Zickos very cool, but the Ludwig would probably be a safer bet in my book, even just on brand recognition.
Opinions needed! Which one should I choose? Last viewed: 6 hours ago

The Zickos is a couple hours away, so I haven't had a chance to play it. The Luddy is local. I'm assuming by it's condition that the Zickos is from when the company started making drums again in the 90s. I've never seen those lugs on any other drum. The drum has been up for sale on a local classifieds site for quite some time, so I already know it's not going to be a fast resell in my neck of the woods.
So... I think I have decided to go with the Ludwig. I typically hang on to a snare drum for a while and play it, but unless they're really special I tend to let them go after a year or so... and I think the Vistalite will be easier to resell or trade.
If anyone seeing this is interested in purchasing either of these drums, send me a message. I could broker/ship for anyone who really wants either one.
