Ask for an opinion...Get an opinion....And, someone who did not ask for opinions on the matter gets huffy. I find humor in that.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.

Careful leedybdp, your W&A Player persona is starting to drift over from the drumforum.org into this forum. I find humor in that.

The question I was asking for opinions on was how many plys other forum members see in the photo I presented, because my eyes are not great. Thats a pretty simple request. I was not asking for random opinions on what you think of my question. That is where you've gone astray.

I come here to have fun, learn, and help others learn. I'd like to carry on doing so.

I also come here to have fun, learn, and help others learn. And, I'd also like to carry on doing so. So, if you get an answer to your question that you did not anticipate because the question was somewhat ambiguosly asked about the number of PLIES in the drum, roll with it rather than get your shorts in a bunch. You're not the only person who can find fault with the words that others type. Let's continue to enjoy this forum.

Pretty obvious to the vast majority here, nor was your question at all "ambiguosly" asked. It's what I call "The Sucking Bog" of trollism; if you dip your foot in, you will be accused of being over-sensitive and "getting your panties in a bunch", and eventually, no matter what, you will lose your boot. :)

On the up side you got the answer you were looking for. Sweet!

Did we ever find out/determine who made the shell? The grain appears to run 'around' the drum so it's safe to say it's American made. But by who? Looks like a nice 3-ply Maple shell, be nice to know who manufactured it.

John

Too many great drums to list here!

Comment withdrawn for straying away from the exact question of OP.
