I ordered some Mardi Gras pearl wrap from Walopus last night in preparation for restoring an MIJ Stewart snare my neighbor found for me years ago in someone's trash pile. I like Mardi Gras, and it looks like Walopus is the only company that makes it. Has anyone dealt with Walopus before, and was the wrap of high quality?

I have bought numerous wraps from Magnus of Walopus, also a VDF member.
I have nothing but great things to say about him, his products, and his professionalism.
I hope you enjoy the product you get from him, it is very durable, high quality and extremely easy to install.

I to have bought wraps from walopus, I fully agree with CT, if you are using wrap by itself, if you are going to be mixing it with original wrapped shells, I would be careful, but that applies with all wraps.

I bought some wrap from Magnus a couple weeks ago. It came in quick, and it looks great. I haven't had a chance to put it on yet. But he sent some samples along and they all looked great - the hardest part is deciding on just one.
