Orange sparkle Kent drums Last viewed: 32 minutes ago

Mates ,

Probably going to be letting these go soon. Orange sparkle us made Kent kit

(13 16 22 + matching 4x14 snare)

I bought them from a guy on eBay about 10 years ago. He did some mods to them but but they really sound killer! I've gigged with this set plenty and I also lined all of the lugs with felt so I could record with them without any lug rattle.

The interiors have been painted plus there are a few extra holes on the bass drum. Snare drum was also drilled for a different piccolo strainer. Not a fan of the mod but it makes the snare cables much tighter on the bottom head. Smoke free !

Pm me if you have any questions or want to make a offer. Looking for about $600 shipped for the whole kit. ( U.S. Shipping only )

Is the floor tom an authentic Kent? I've never seen one in orange and I know they're hard to come by. Is this the modified drum (w/the Kent badge)? Thanks! Love my snare.. :)

Yes it is a authentic 2 ply maple Kent floor Tom. The floor Tom isn't modified just painted white on the inside.

Dumb question but why the different lugs?

Nice playing by the way!

Thanks mate. It's a old video but the only vid I have on the drums. I haven't played them in years.

And ya the different lugs are common. To save on costs I guess. If you look at Mark Whitey coopers Kent page you will see some kits like that.

Here's another Kent drum kit in a pretty rare finish. The rack Tom has single center style lugs.

Nice looking drum set, if I were in the market I would be on these, however, I am looking for a Slingerland 70-73, Modern Solo, or Rock outfit, but really want orange....called sparkle orange pearl...

But these are very nice looking, if they were only Slingerland....

Good luck.. Bucky

I recently did a gig and used the kent kit from the house band.

It sounded amazing.

Just wanted to post my experience with these drums, I just went down the Rogers rabbit hole or I would consider these myself :)
