Looking for a 16x16" RB 60's gretsch floor tom. Doesn't need to have hoops or the badge...but if it does, that's ok. Basically just need the shell and possibly the lugs. Looking to make a bass drum out of it.

I have an early 1950s floor tom that is 3ply wood is in good condition. been storing it in a good place for the past 30 years. The pearl is gone and it's painted black. It happened when I was young and stupid... I'll get some pics if you are interested. It sounds amazing. I just use it in the studio..

Rich - You should delete your number from the post and pm it to him. This is an open to the public forum. Posting your number in a 'thread' is equivalent to writing it on a public bathroom wall. Thanks Guys. I think i've decided to go with a 16' Slingerland Radio King floor tom. Does anyone happen to have a 16" BDP Radio King tom lying around?
