Hi all,
If you are into the sound of Paiste cymbals, you will love this one. It's a 602 stamped "Medium" on top, and "22" on the underside of the bell. As I understand it, Paiste didn't use serial numbers before 1972, if somebody knows more than me, please feel free to correct me.
The sound is like... well, it's like John Bonham circa 1972. You could use this as a massive crash, or as a ride. It's got that beautiful, glossy, shimmering, bright Paiste sound. I could never make it work in a jazz context, but I play old Ks and As, so it's like a different animal. I think there was this guy you might have heard of named BILLY HIGGINS who did alright with 602s, for a certain period of his life. So you could use this cymbal to do whatever with. It's a CLASSIC. It doesn't go out of style. Play it in good health.
I'd like to get $400, with the buyer paying actual shipping from Toronto, Canada. Paypal gift or postal Money Order. Shipping within 2 business days of receiving payment.
