You do NOTHING! it's not your problem. pay pal is easy to track what payment was sent and recived. no money no catalogs it's just that easy. I had a forum member try that stunt with me on mij tom mount's i won't say his name but he is a fellow canuck.

verify emails and thats it if they r sent to wrong email; honest mistakes can happen and its easy to fix CHECK email address always!!!! especially since your not buying through ebay

yep, I bet she sent the payment to the wrong email address. It would show up on her paypal account where it was sent.

I've been lucky and never had to deal with this... but doesn't Paypal offer some sort of "resolution" process like eBay does? It seems to me that if I was the one who sent payment that the seller says never arrived (and then just maybe I sent it to the wrong email address), you can bet I'd be letting Paypal know all about it! So if this member or his wife hasn't done that or isn't willing to do that, my thinking is, why not?

I hope all that made sense...

Yep Mikey, it's their money and their problem to fix.

You did what you should, staying in communication for a month.

As it's been stated, it is very easy to pull up PayPal history and see what payments have been made and where they went.

Or you could do the very easy thing .

Just dumped PayPal all together ....PayPal is a dam problem to keep up with .

Some people just don't like using it and some they do .....Ebay bough Paypal out years ago ....That is what i heard and been told
