i've/i'm been waiting nearly 3 weeks for "NOT" MY "PAL"/FEE-RIP OFF "PAL" (Paypal) to refund me for a Paiste Giant Beat 22" crash/ride "multit" that's cancelled by the seller!.

They keep saying that i paid by 'E-Check" (whatever that is?)&that the refund's "pending".Now my credit card is linked to my Paypal account &is what i ALWAYS pay with how dare they&how can they justify with holding my refund when 1-the seller cancelled the item/order/sale,

2- the seller's received the item back &is re-selling it back on Ebay?!

Have had PayPal payment option for years on our modest operation webpage. Works fine. The terms of use differ by country so read that close. Have a card that is only linked PayPal not used for anything else. Easy to move funds into or out as case may be.

Only had trouble a few times. The buyer can say they never received the item when in fact USPS tracking shows delivered. Just part of doing biz these days.

The pay friends won't cost the receiver anything but depending on what card you use may cost you. Seems to run in the $5 range.

Don's sell on eBay so can't help there.

DONT deal on Fee/prey bay (Ebay) with a seller calling himself:"DWCOLLECTOR" he pretends he DOESN'T know about Efre/prey bays GSP then cancels the goods/item/sale issues a "refund" that as of writing i'm waiting 3 weeks for now!.He says that's because i paid by "e-check"&that refunds take 15days when in reality his bank's witholding the refund &his Fee NOT MY "PAL" account balance's in question! ��.
