Pearl model kit Last viewed: 43 minutes ago

Arguably the smallest drum kit made. Red acrylic! iMint in box! Contains proof that Ringo endorsed Pearl for several months. I'll start the bidding at $1,000,000.00.

Would you consider taking $500,000 for it?

Seriously, is there a source for these model kits? I would love to have models of my Rogers sets in the proper wraps. Are these kits still being manufactured?

I got 2 of these kits about 15 yrs ago. I think it was from Squadron Models in Texas. I am unaware if there are other brands of drums or if these are even available anymore. Generally, the best model kits and biggest variety are from Japan( and asia).

Great brands are Tamiya, Skywave, Minicraft,Dragon.

A scratch model builder could make your specific kit,but it'd be pricey.

I can't take $500,000 as I have minutes of my time and a few bucks already invested. sorry.

That is a very cool item. I had no idea such things existed. I'd buy it but I'm short about a $1M right now.

Looking for a late 80's to early 90's, preferably Arctic White Pearl MLX 14x14 floor tom.

That's it, I have to get one! Way too cool to pass up on. I'm gonna sit back, burn one down and build me a model drum-set. It'll be the first model I've put together since I was 12! I hope I've gotten more skilled. Some of my models were pretty gruesome looking after I got through with them.

Too many great drums to list here!

How cool is that! Just ordered two of them...

Purdie, you´re right! It will be like at the age of 12! I still got some motorcycles and trucks that I built at that time...

Can´t wait ´til they arriveExcited

Oh, no. I can see a whole new gallery thread starting once we start building these in various wraps and finishes. I want to see who's the first to paint a BOP Ringo kit or a WMP Buddy kit! Actually, if you photograph an actual wrap from a distance and reprint it on glossy photo paper to the right scale, I bet it will wrap these models perfectly.

Contest is on.
