Those lugs are awesome ! Neat set. I dunno, it is either a Japanese stencil kit from the '60's...or maybe a vintage German kit of some sort from about the same period...Sonor or something more obscure ?

It is very cool...what is the asking price ? Can you get the seller to send you a pic of the INSIDE of one of the shells ?

How 'bout those sardine can keys for wing screws on the bass Tom mount! That is one very cool kit. I love the hardware. I'm with you. I think it's got a very European feel to it.

I believe it's a Japanese stencil, Sonor's teardrop lugs were offset on the rack toms if I remember correctly..

I'd go that way, too.... the 6-lug bass drum certainly suggests that...but the muffler knobs, & floor tom brackets....not very vintage Japanese...

Vvvvvvvvvverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry interesting.......

May I suggest looking at some of the newer Chinese imports? These seem to be something I have seen in my search of some of the new stuff offered to me from a couple of wholesalers. Just a thought, but I am leaning more to that.:2Cents:

Hi, That set is a vintage 1950s ROXY set of drums..Why i'am thinking this if you look at the floor tom leg mounts and the mount on top of bass drum those are Roxy. Any badges on it...Mikey
