You mean those hot babes are not part of the deal?! I thought this was one of those "ultimate massage" type of businesses... larry
I think their motto is...
"You ALWAYS get a "Happy Ending" with Pooder"
Hats off to pOOder for her creative marketing. She knows sex sells, even old drums and sexy drum parts like a P-83 strainer...
I think the the old Ludwig Classic strainer is much sexier though..with its smooth curves and the long handle that moves where ever you want it.. does it take batteries? Let me find the right pics here...Oh, did I mention the price? Only $150!! Come on, hit the "buy it now" cutie and have the time of your life... Kiss Laughing H
Happy endings indeed!
Seriously, I'm glad you out there on VDF know the difference between scam artists and those who enjoy fair pricing, good dealing, real community and a great hobby.

What I don't understand is where they stipulate that they can come after a buyer retroactively for additional shipping charges. I don't know how they can fabricate a "contract" with an open ended clause like that and have the eBay overlords let them continue. I would expect eBay would long since have dropped the hammer on them for such nonsense.

You still haven't figured this business out.
Has anyone out there had success with decent with Ebay sellers?
I have had good success buying from "My Old Kentucky Drums". This honest and friendly seller comes up with nice Ludwig parts and provides excellent service. Besides that, he's a drummer who understands drummers.

That's a great seller !!
I bought three shells from him a few years ago and the bass was 12 inches deep instead of 14 as he had listed.
It was just an easy mistake to make, still a great shell. He sent me three early 50s Slingerland floor tom leg mounts to make up for the snafoo. I was more than happy with that, and I've been a regular customer of his since then.
There's lots of good sellers out there, some need to learn how to pack better, though.
