I have Windows Home XP

I open my stored pics in "Paint" then click on the "Image" option, and click on "Stretch/Skew" in the drop down. Then re-save and post.

I have heard that you can resize pictures using paint. Here is one that I resized in paint for a test. It worked, now just have to play with it more and get the hang of it. Thank you for the education!
