Premier BD mounts, none ever seem to be in the same place? Last viewed: 1 second ago

I own a early 60s Premier kit and have done a fair amount of research to ascertain its age, one thing I have noticed on these kits is that the BD tom mounts seem to vary in position quite a lot. does anyone know why this is? I don't think I have ever seen 2 that are the same
