Anybody know where I can get a 20-strand set of these for a Radio King, Clamshell? I don't see PS making them anymore???? I've a 50's 8 X 14 shell waiting for a new or minty set. Thanks.

If I hadn't seen your post on the DFO I would of had no clue what it is your asking about, puresound never has made 20 strand wires strictly for an Rk snare drum, but they do make a 16 strand. here check this link. http://store.daddario.com/category/144386?language_id=1¤cy_id=1
Oops, left out the Radio King part......I'll fix it.
I'm aware of the 16 strand, but wanted to replace my original 20 strand wires, which are bent.

No problem the 16 strand link I gave you. the puresounds are far superior to the old 20 strand that you'll replace the 16 strand puresound wires with REALLY!!
Really, the sound is better, just as "snary"? I've kept the 16's in the back of my mind as a remote possiblilty. If you have experience with the 16's I'm listening...

I have a set of 16 strand Puresounds on both of my clamshells, my super sound king and my 2 RKs with three point strainers. The snare wires are awesome
