Hi folks,
I keep my drum sets in bags when not set up so I was wondering how others with multiple sets keep track of which floor tom legs go with which set?

Painter`s tape wrapped around them with a tail...Write their identity on the tail with black marker ...
Cheers
Each set has its own hardware bag. There are 12 floor toms total...Nine of them are Swivomatic, three are memriloc, eight sets of Rogers Drums. Hardware is not shared. Each set has its own dedicated hardware.
I just know which ones go with which set, but I just usually set them on the corner of the bass drum bag of each stacked set.
So no one keeps the legs on the drum while in the bag? That's what I have always done. I lower them so just the rubber foot is below the bottom rim. I swing the leg in almost flush to the side if angled and in the bag it went. Never had any damage or scratches?

+1 with my Slingerlands. I haven't bagged the Rogers yet.

Agree with Glenn as i`ve always done it this way myself and never any problems.Easy way to keep track of them and an easy set-up too.

I used to keep them on and the legs folded against the side of the drum when I used fibre cases but not with bags. Some of the longer legs stick up above the drum to far to fit them in the bag.
