Hey there, what would it take to get this drum up to snuff? l'm looking for a blue sparkle snare and was wondering how much work it would need for strainer and snares, how accessible parts are, etc...thanks -D

No I didn't bid because I was unsure of what it needed. $266.00 doesn't seem like a lot if the parts are easily accessible no? I see the jazz festivals going in the $600 range on the bay. I'm learnin'. -D
