Has anyone ever seen a Ludwig snare with a transition badge and tube lugs?

Never seen anything like that. Seems unlikely. That badge was used from approx. late 58 - 60 and at that time tube lugs were thought of as outdated and old fashioned. I'd guess someone other than Ludwig put them on.
