I figured that was the strainer you were referring to. Used in the very early 60's. Actually called a P85 Large Pioneer strainer. There was another three point called the same. Yours uses the same holes as the p83. Would be time accurate for that drum. Just Ludwig using up old parts to make something instead of wasting parts.
