Hi Guys

Looking for a vintage snaredrum I was wondering if the student models of Radio King are good?

I know they are nothing like the normal Radio King...but 3-ply.

Someone has experience. Worth buying?

Also any idea of the value?

they are fantastic snare drums, Owned a many of them.

I love them.... earlier models had the three-point strainer. after '59 or so they were called just Student Model Snare Drums......

i've got two, either of which i'd sell. first is a black and gold duco 5 x 14 late 50's. great shape. next is a 6.5 x 14 blue and silver duco. would do $200 and $350 respectively.
