RARE 1967 Ludwig 14" x 18" jazz/bop bass drum in white marine pearl!

SO COOL. love these little guys, they rarely pop up.

3ply white coated interior shell, date stamped 1967. the drum is SUPER CLEAN - presents beautifully and has a ton of vibe to it. chrome shines and wrap is tight and vibrant with the perfect amount of creamy age to the WMP wrap. interestingly enough, it appears this was a special order 'lefty' bass with the rail positioned at 1 o clock and the cymbal L arm mount on the left side. it has since been converted to a double tom post mount, and the previous owner also installed a cymbal L arm mount on the right side. features a seldom-seen Ludwig 'Block Text' double tom holder. factory ordered double spur set up, includes front set of spurs. shell is date stamped 1967.

such a cool drum, and best of all, its "That Sound". Beautiful punch and WARM resonance that can go high or low, any tuning sounds great!
