Yes, it is rare...is the hardware gold or gold-tone? That would make it a "Birdland" in Cadillac Green, and one of the most sought after snares in the vintage drum market, worth a few bright, shiny nickels....

If that's Caddy Green, you really have something there. Very rare, desirable and valuable. I don't know enough to tell if it's CG or not. It would certainly be easy to research.
