John,

I signed up for Reverb about two weeks ago. I did so in order to purchase one particular item. In my one transaction, everything went very cleanly and when the item arrived, it was exactly as described. I got a good deal and the seller got his asking price and paid less in fees.

I would buy again on Reverb, but the item I bought was the only thing on Reverb that I felt was reasonably priced or of interest to me. Everything else seems to be at full retail. Some of the same items are listed on eBay as well.

The site seems to have some protective systems in place, which provided some level of comfort when I was making my inaugural purchase. I may list some things there in the future.

Rick

Thanks for the heads up Rick. I got my first - feedback on E*** not too long ago that's gonna be a thorn-in-my-side for awhile. Sold a snare drum and seller got upset because I refused to save him a few bucks on shipping by sending it USPS MEDIA MAIL (OK MY VENTING IS OVER). Again thanks for the response.
