Hello,

On the non-USA Remo heads, does anyone know the difference between Remo UX, Remo UK, Remo UC heads etc? They are labeled as such, with no other weight or designation markings. They come on virtually all entry to mid level kits these days.

I assume that that they are all generic coated or clear Ambassadors (although some are pretty thin, might be closer to Diplomats), and Powerstroke 3's for the Bass Drums. I saw the Ludwig "Questlove" kits in a store, and they came with generic Remo Pinstripes (don't remember the designation).

Anyone know if UK is better than UC or UX, or vice-versa? Is there any difference at all? Am I missing any designation other than UK, UC and UX?
