Removal of a bands name Last viewed: 2 hours ago

Tim,I wish I could say yes. But the trap case came from an all girl band that played Clinton Iowa and around the midwest back in the 70"s and 80"s. They had an add on CL for some Zildjian cymbals and a bunch of other gear. They were really nice gals, got out the photo album and showed my wife and I pics from there gigs. They were a rock band playing CCR , Steppenwolf, that kind of music. I ended up buying all the cymbals and they cam with b/o atlas stands, a sweet buy! But the best part was a B/O COB supersensative 6.5"x14" in about mint condition for 200.00.

Thats the fun part of finding drums, meeting people and hearing their stories.

Thank you!

That was a neat episode!! The Gretsch guitar and amp couldn't have found a better home Dan from the Black Keys lives and breathes vintage equipment and will no doubt sink the $$ into the items to use them for years to come.

Here's a pic from the '57 catalog. I think they were still listing them through the md 60's too.
