Mac or PC? On my mac I open pic. Then File save as. Save as JPEG to the lowest resolution. If that does not work you have to reshoot pics. Set camera to lower res and size in set up.

Hey......I cannot offer help because I sadly enough my wife helps with this stuff. I can share your frustration. Every time I try to post a pick from my MAC I have to continuously shrink it. It is time consuming and annoying...not sure how to do this on a PC, but I assume there is a way....but hey, what do I know.:(

Easy to see why you have problems with sizing.. Just too many drums..

Beautiful kit..is that 2 18 FT's or is there a 20".. ??

The second pic is fine whatever process you used, but the first pic is not processed correctly for this forum.

Try the following.. (with any size image, and at any resolution)

Just go to this site..

http://www.shrinkpictures.com/facebook.php

Select "resize for face book"

Browse for the Image you want, & click on resize.

Then click on download.. & Save (at this point give it a name, one that you can find)

And It's done.

Should take 1 minute max..

Cheers

If you´re using a PC, try the easiest way:

1. Open pic in MS "Paint"

2. Choose "Picture Resize" in the menu-bar

3. Resize pic to 35-50% (length and width!)

4. Save pic and check data size (xxx KB)

-finish!

That´s the way I do it all the time, and it works just fine!

Absolutely the easiest way.... and you can re-name the smaller pics and have the original pics for emailing or whatever, and a set sized small enough for the forum.
