Revere Drums...not sure what I just bought Last viewed: 9 hours ago

Loading...

I had some extra money and figured I would take on this "project". Found these on guitar center online and just ordered them today. The badge definitely looks like a Kent Revere badge. I'm assuming these are mij and really made by Pearl (not Kent) but I honestly don't know. I noticed they used a newer Pearl style tom mount but the original mount looks to be right next to it. Any ideas what size the original tom arm would be to fit this? Also any info on this kit (era etc.) would be greatly appreciated...thanks!

Those are Pearl "Battleship" lugs from the early 70's. The tom receiver is recent CB style.

so these are probably late 60's early 70's Kent Reveres that they had imported from Japan? Any idea on the tom arm sizing?

lugs and setup looks like this 69 pearl kit. So Revere just imported drum in the lates 60's correct? That would explain this setup right?

Japan had it`s share of Battleships, but had many more Heavy Cruisers.
