For those of you old enough to remember the "My Three Sons" TV show, Don Grady played the character of Robbie. He was also an accomplished musician, playing several instruments. Here's a little clip of him and his group "The Greefs" performing on that show. Check out the "cool" drum kit. Nice! [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9TPP_QpheI[/ame]

He's my cousin. So sad. I knew he'd been battling cancer for a couple of years now.

Many people of my age (53) grew up watching 'My Three Sons'. Robbie was always very cool. Very sad news indeed.

i was sad to hear about his passing. was even more surprised at his age. i didnt expect him to be that old if that makes sense.
i stayed a week with each of my grandparents during the summer growing up. my dad's parents small black and white tv only picked up two stations. everytime i think about "my three sons", it takes me right back there. this show ran for quite some time on tv.

*sigh* I wish the world could be like that show -for real. I know it's unrealistic, but I wish the world could be like that.
They made my food taste better as I sat in front of the television, watching them one of the three channels

RIP "Robbie". What a great show it was. Agree the world the Douglas' lived in would be "swell".
My condolences.

Cool drum kit for sure. Not to mention the double bound sunburst Telecaster and the P-Bass!
