The finish is original and the grommets have not been messed with. Other than the tags and repainted interiors, that were like this when I bought them, this is a very nice looking and sounding drum kit. I would never sell a refinished drum set without full disclosure.

This wrap was available in Cleveland era. I have a set of 20 12 14 in this finish.

14" floor toms are scarce and bring strong money by themselves. This kit is a great buy at $1200, even with the painted interiors.

Black onyx was available starting on b&b lug drums and was first offered in the 1962 catalog. This beavertail kit looks like a Cleveland or early Dayton.

I've only seen 1 other kit like this here in Ont/Canada

as a Dayton 22/16/13/12 and it was selling firm at $2200..(about 10mths back)
