Need to know if it is a Superten (regular snare wires) or Dynasonic (large metal snare rail and wires, and snare gates on the bottom rim) ? Condition of chrome?

Superten - $150+

Dynasonic - $250+

The drum was made in early to mid 1976. It is a second generation transition period Dynasonic. COB shell, no dampener, very limited production. Drums with no dampener begin appearing about number D148xx and continue well into number D41xxx. It is unknown whether this was a cost saving measure by CBS or if it was a genuine ordering screwup by the shell maker. Dampeners returned to Dynasonics by numbers in the D60xxxx ranges.

I'd offer whatever it was worth to me. I don't think people here necessarily want to provide you with a "lowball quote suggestion". I wouldnt pay more than $200 for it personally...but I'm not into big R drums that much.
