Someone bid and won one of my eBay items and never paid for it. What do I do? Never had this happen.
After 4 days, you can open a non-payment case in the resolution center...After 4 days from opening it and they haven`t paid yet, you can close it and you will receive a refund of the seller`s fees...The buyer will receive a non-payment strike on his account...Once a case is opened, no feedback by either party can be left unless the buyer sends payment...
This happens all the time...Sorry, it happened to you...
