I have a Rogers Dyna-sonic Serial # 24092. Looking for the year and value. It is a 5 line so I suspect even though it has an awesome appearance and sound it may not be as old as I would like it to be. Also trying to find he rest of the parts to the Snare frame and instructions for its attachment to the drum.

With a serial of #24092, your 5 line COB Dynasonic comes in at late 1969 to possibly early 1970, Fullerton CA production. There are more clues to get the date a little closer, but pics would help in that regard. There are MANY threads here on the Rogers Dynasonic... just use the search function! In the interim, here is a nice little tutorial that I wrote which will help you get it set-up correctly, with final adjustments left to personal taste. Also, pics abound with regard to how the snare frame attaches, etc. ENJOY! http://www.vintagedrumguide.com/rogers_dynasonic_set_up2.html

Nice guide TommyP, and very helpful.
I have one each of the wooden shell and COB models. The COB is definitely a 67 based on the original owner's purchase slip in SEP 1967. Serial number is 11908. The wooden one is clearly a cousin with serial number 11881. So that matches to the spreadsheet that is available on this site and gives GabeMatt74 a bit more dating criteria.
The sound is great on both these drums. I used the COB one this weekend. It has a Remo diplomat on the snare side and an Evans G1 on batter. It was as bit dry with the Evans batter and I had the sense of needing to labor more than I normally would to project the sound, and that was a bit surprising because I don't ever recall having that issue in the past. I've brought an Ambassador batter out here with me and I will install it and try again on next gig to measure the effect.
As much as I like these Dynasonics, I have to admit that I was missing my old Powertone for this particular application, and in particular the wooden models I've owned.
If anyone has a jet black one, let me know!
Thanks for the info Tommy and after reading your link I realized I a missing the tension screw on the snare frame. I'll have to see what I can do to find the remaining pieces.
GabeMatt74: I have a spare NOS tension screw for the Dynasonic. PM me your email and I'll send ya pics.
