Rogers Dynasonic COB 14x6.5 Big R 1980- for sale $700 Last viewed: 5 hours ago

Hello! ive acquired a Third 6.5" Dyna, and i figured, id pass this one along. She is a 1980 model year with no serial number on the made in usa big R badge. in these pics the squeeze plate on the snare butt is incorrect (i had the original on another Dyna at the time) but it does come with the original, correct and complete butt plate assembly.

She is complete and comes with new-ish Remo Ambassador Heads top and bottom, coated/hazy, and about 2 year old Fat Cat Snappy wires, one wire has broken away making the snare a 15 wire.. i believe the model number is FC1416DS. its Fat Cat's version of a Dyna specific snare, they are plated steel, unlike the Puresounds. personally i think the FC is a bit brighter than the PS snare, but some may say im crazy for thinking that i can even tell the difference. they might be right. anyhow, the drum comes in great condition, and is a fantastic player, with minor flaking of the chrome on the top hoop from regular use over the years.

Pay Pal only of course. $600 plus shipping if not local. im in Southern California.

ive been trying for about an hour now to figure out how to compress the pics i have. just pm me and ill email you pictures. if there is an easy way or a tutorial, let me know please.

You need Banda players. Those boys love these drums. I don't know what the scene is like in your area, but if you can hook up with one of the Mexican Banda genre players, your drum would be sold very quickly.

agreed, i think i will take out a classified add in spanish when i get home from work. i just thought, since i rarely see them on here that i would give back to our vintage community. i would hate to sell it and then come across a forum member seeking out a 6.5 dyna. i posted it on facebook as well in the vintage pages, and ive gotten nothing but crickets (besides some well recieved advice from yourself!)

Thanks!
