I have an opportunity to buy this kit super cheap. Pretty sure the snare is a Dynasonic and wanted to ascertain that. The snare frame is gone, so I'm wondering if anyone has a potential resource for that part. There was a couple on ebay for about $70.
Going by the badge design, I'm thinking mid 70s maybe? No hardware, just shells, but the snare is very appealing for the low price of the whole kit!

No "USA" on the badge indicates these are import Rogers drums. The snare is not a true Dyna and probably a thin steel shell rather than COB. Other clues to this being an Import set is the hardware such as FT leg mounts, mufflers, metal BD hoops etc. So a good kit for the rehearsal room if it's cheap but possibly not the bargain you were hoping for.

Actually, the floor tom leg brackets were what caused me to post here, as I had a little trouble matching those to some potential models. I didn't want to jump on that snare too quickly, but I did get kinda stoked about it! Thanks for the additional details.

Yup, looks like Brooke-Mays era drums.....cheap imports with some Rogers real & replica hardware on it.
I wouldn't shell out more than $50 US for that kit.

Dyna's usually have impeccable chrome even after 40 or 50 years..

That would be because a real Rogers Dyna would have been a chrome plated brass shell, not a chrome plated steel shell like the Brooke-Mays era "dynasonic" like this one shown here.
